Submission rules
The programme of the III Portuguese-Galician Meeting of Biometry includes four plenary sessions, several invited sessions, a short course, a round table, oral communications sessions and poster (size A0) communications.
The abstracts received will be reviewed by the scientific committee. The results of the revision will be sent by e-mail.
The accepted abstracts will be included in the abstracts book of the conference.
The official languages of the III Portuguese-Galician Meeting of Biometry are portuguese and galician. It is expected that abstracts will be submitted in one of these languages, but can also be submitted in english. Nevertheless, we are grateful that slides of the oral communications and posters are presented in english.
The journal Revstat will published, in 2019, a special issue dedicated to Biometry, in particular works presented in the EBio2018.
All works submitted will follow the standard revision process of the journal.

- The abstracts should be a maximum of 4 pages.
- Preferably you should use the LaTex template, but abstracts written in Word will be also accepted.
- In the submission, the abstracts must be sent, in a zipped folder, in the original format and in pdf format, following the indications:
- The name of the zipped folder will have the identification of the first author of the communication, considering the form: EBio2018_NameAuthor_SurnameAuthor.zip
- The name of the files in the original format and in pdf format will have the designation: EBio2018_NameAuthor_SurnameAuthor
